Meditation and hypnosis are as much a part of learning as studying, reading, and listening to lectures.

Everyone learns in their own unique way. We all come to the moment of change, and make the choice that change is necessary, in our own unique way.

Some of us learn by seeing, some of us by doing, some of us by listening.

The lessons in this series are designed to work with anyone’s style of learning.

You can take little pieces of the material, a meditation exercise, or a writing assignment, and work with it for a few days, or longer. You can come back for the rest of that particular lesson, or skip to the next.

Repetition helps. Come back and revisit the lessons, the ones you liked, as well as those you found difficult.

The series includes, meditation exercises, hypnotic exercises, as well as more cognitive exercises. It includes learning and experience to help you make positive changes in what you do.

The great thing about the material is that you can learn a lot whether you put in five hours or fifteen minutes a week; and the material is yours to keep, you can come back to it time after time. How you learn from it six months from now will be entirely different from what you learn from it today.
